Venue Details

Our wedding will take place at a special venue in San Diego called Vineyard Hacienda. It's a beautiful outdoor venue where we'll have our ceremony followed by the cocktail hour and reception. All wedding weekend events will be held onsite.

Wedding Ceremony Details

The ceremony on Saturday, September 20th will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, park and to be seated prior to the ceremony. Guests can begin arriving by 3;30pm to ensure that all goes smoothly. This would be a great time to greet other guests, take some photos before the ceremony photos or enjoy a welcome drink.

Wedding Guest Arrival Time

Guests can begin to arrive as early as 3:30pm but no later than 4pm on Saturday, Sept 20th.

What is the wedding dress code?

The wedding dress code is Formal Attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pantsuit).

Parking

Parking will be onsite and there will be security and parking attendants to direct guests.

Safe Driving

Please make arrangements for a designated driver if you plan on consuming alcohol. Another option is to use a Rideshare service to drop off and pick you up.

Guest List Information

Are children allowed?

Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

Do I have a plus one?

There are a limited number of guests on the guest list. Please check your invitation, the names of the guest or guests invited will be clearly addressed on the envelope. Ex: Juan and Leticia Santos Additional guest can not be accommodated.

Food & Drink

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we are offering an open bar. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony and we will have chips/salsa, fish ceviche and chicken taquitos.

What type of food will be served at the reception?

The reception will offer a Mexican Taco Buffet with 4 meat choices along with rice, beans, tortillas and salsas.

Rehearsal Dinner 9/19

The rehearsal dinner will take place on Friday, September 19th 5-9pm at the venue. Wedding officiant and wedding party will need to be in attendance. More info to come.

We're closing the wedding weekend with fun in the sun. Bring your swimsuit and floaty and jump in.
